All though we include all the basic needs in our regular boarding, we do offer a few additional options. Scenic dog walks, playtime, and pet bathing or grooming are available upon request!

Accommodations for Dogs, Cats and Exotics
- Comforts from home such as bedding and toys are always welcome!
- Food that your pet is accustomed to is best during boarding. All food must come in a sealed container, we can refrigerate or freeze any prepared meals
- We do provide Quality food, soft bedding or a chew proof cot upon request.
- Fresh well water is accessible at all times
- Medications that are brought in will be administered at no extra cost
- Runs and cages are disinfected and cleaned regularly
- Music is played during the day for comforting noise
- Check outs after 12:00 pm and Sunday evening hours is a billable
Requirements for Boarding
- Dogs must have a current signed Rabies Certificate on file, as well as Distemper and Bordetella for dogs. *please note: Wearing a Rabies Tag does not replace certificate
- Cats require Rabies and Distemper
* Please be aware that all dogs are to be licensed by law, we will need a copy of yearly or lifetime license *
Dog Boarding
Here at Acorn Valley, we have no small cages. We have all 18 ft. long indoor runs which will allow space for your pups to have plenty of room to move about all day long. All dogs do go outside four times each day individually in our fenced in areas for at least 10-15 minutes each time. Our kennel has radiant heated floors and fully air conditioned keeping all of our guests comfortable year round. With three different size run, we can accommodate single dogs or multi dog families at very reasonable rates
Cat Boarding
Our sunny cattery has 10 spacious enclosures with perches for your felines comfort. Plenty of room for multi-cat families to board together. We allow one cat (family of cats) out at a time to have the run of room.They can enjoy typical cat comforts in this room with climbing posts, toys and large window sills to do as they please.
Exotic Boarding
We are now happy to now have an Exotic Room Just for those little friends that require special accommodations. Our exotic room consists of Bird cages large to small for your different sized breeds. Bunnies are comfortable in this room with option of a cage and or play pen time so they can get their exercise in a safe environment. Ferrets, Rats, and Hampsters are also welcome, please ask about cage availability when calling.
